Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA AND USA. 

We offer standard shipping via our trusted shipping partners for all orders. Your order will be processed within 1-3 days from the date of purchase. After your order has been processed, a production timeline will be needed. For information about the duration of our production delays, please refer to our FAQs section. Please note that the shipping time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Return Policy

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at oneformatphoto@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product. In your email, please send us photos of the damage item and keep the product until further instructions are provided.
